موقع استخباراتي يفجر مفاجأة بشان محمد دحلان
في تقرير أثار جدلا واسعا فجر موقع “إنتليجنس أون لاين” مفاجأة خطيرة، بزعمه أن القيادي الفسطيني المفصول من حركة فتح محمد دحلان، بدأ مؤخرا في حزم حقائبه والاستعداد للعودة من الإمارات إلى فلسطين
الموقع أوضح أن هناك عدة شواهد على استعداد دحلان للعودة ومنافسة رئيس السلطة الفلسطينة محمود عباس لا سيما مع الزخم الذي يدور حول الانتخابات وربما اتخاذ موقف بإجرائها في أي وقت.
كما أشار تقرير “إنتليجنس أون لاين” إلى أن من بين تلك الشواهد، محاولة دحلان كسب أرض جديدة في الشارع الفلسطيني عبر انتقاده قرار عباس إعادة التنسيق الأمني مع “إسرائيل”.
هذا وعلقت السلطة الفلسطينية التنسيق الأمني مع “إسرائيل” في مايو الماضي، بعد أن كشفت إسرائيل عن خطط لضم أجزاء من الضفة الغربية، غير أن عباس قرر عودة التنسيق الأمني مرة أخرى قبل أيام، في خطوة لاقت انتقادات كبيرة.
لكن الحزب السياسي المرتبط بـدحلان، وهو “كتلة الإصلاح الديمقراطي”، نشر بيانًا نادرًا في 17 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني الماضي، أعلن فيه معارضته للتنسيق الأمني بين رئيس السلطة الفلسطينية و”إسرائيل”.
ووفق الموقع، أدّت إدانة دحلان، الذي توسط بين أبوظبي وتل أبيب في التطبيع، لعملية إعادة التنسيق الأمني، إلى مزيد من الضغط الشعبي على عباس، وسجل نقاطًا سياسية لدحلان في فلسطين.
وأشار “إنتليجنس” إلى أن دحلان كان له دور في انسحاب جبريل الرجوب من محادثات المصالحة بين حماس وفتح التي كانت تجري في نفس الوقت في القاهرة، حيث أكدت عدة مصادر أن دحلان نشّط أيضا اتصالاته في العاصمة المصرية لنسف المحادثات التي سيعود نجاحها إلى السلطة الفلسطينية.
ووفق الموقع، يعتبر دحلان منذ فترة طويلة خليفة محتملاً لعباس، وهو الآن المستشار الأمني لولي عهد أبوظبي محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، مما يجعل وجوده حاليا محسوبا، لا سيما في وقت تكون فيه جميع الخيارات مفتوحة مع تغيير الإدارة في الولايات المتحدة.
ولفت الموقع إلى أن وفاة المفاوض الفلسطيني صائب عريقات في 10 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني، أنهت على أحد المنافسين المحتملين لخلافة عباس، واحد آمال دحلان في تلك المنافسه، ودفعت للترتيب للعودة.
الموقع ذكر أيضا أن دحلان يلقى دعما من بعض القوى في الداخل الفلسطيني والتي تتناغم أفكارها وخططها معه، وهو ما يشجعه على الإعداد للعودة النهائية.
وأدى رفض عباس للمساعدة في أغسطس/آب، وإدانته الغاضبة لاتفاقات التطبيع الخليجية والعربية مع “إسرائيل” باعتبارها طعنة في الظهر، إلى نفور الحلفاء القدامى للسلطة الفلسطينية في جميع أنحاء المنطقة، وعلى رأسهم السعودية، الدولة الأكبر والأكثر ثراءً في الخليج؛ ما يصب بالنهاية في صالح دحلان وطموحاته السلطوية بالداخل الفلسطيني.
ويعود صراع “دحلان–عباس” إلى عهد الرئيس الفلسطيني الراحل ياسر عرفات، الذي كان أول من وثق في دحلان كمساعد رئيسي عندما كان مقر منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية في تونس.
وعند عودة قيادة السلطة الفلسطينية في عام 1993 مع توقيع اتفاقات أوسلو، قاد دحلان حركة فتح الحاكمة في غزة وتولى العمليات الأمنية هناك، وتحوَّل إلى اليد الوحشية لـعرفات ضد حركة حماس.
وأثناء صعوده في صفوف السلطة بعد وفاة عرفات عام 2004، اشتبك دحلان باستمرار مع عباس، ورأى فيه الأخير منافسا طموحا كان من الواجب أن يظل مقيدا.
وفي عام 2014، أدانت محكمة فلسطينية “دحلان” غيابيا بتهمة التشهير بعباس، وحكمت عليه بالسجن لمدة عامين. وبعد عام، حُكم عليه بالسجن 3 سنوات أخرى بتهمة الاختلاس.
وفي وقت سابق، أشارت مجلة “فورين بوليسي” إلى أن جزءا من قدرة دحلان الفائقة على الاستمرار يتعلق بإجادته اللعب مع جميع الأطراف؛ إذ كانت كل إدارة أمريكية تقع في حبه، بدءا من إدارة بيل كلينتون، ثم الرئيس جورج بوش، وحاليا إدارة دونالد ترامب.
