أفاد وكيل وزارة الصحة بغزة د.يوسف أبو الريش أن قرابة 40% من سكان قطاع غزة أصيبوا بفيروس كورونا، متوقعًا وصول أولى جرعات اللقاح المضاد للفيروس بعد منتصف فبراير/ شباط الجاري.
وأوضح أبو الريش في حوار خاص لصحيفة “فلسطين”، أن الوزارة تجري دراسات منفردة، وتكاملية مع مؤسسات أخرى، للتعرف إلى العدد الحقيقي الذي أصيب خلال الفترة السابقة لإعلان تفشي الجائحة، لافتًا إلى أنه من خلال ذلك يمكن اتخاذ قرارات أكثر رشدا خاصة لو حدثت موجات جديدة من الوباء. ولفت إلى أن عدد الوفيات مقارنة بعدد المصابين يعد من المستويات الأدنى على مستوى العالم، مؤكدا أن ذلك يوحي إلى نجاعة جملة الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الوزارة مع الجهات المختصة في كبح الجائحة.
وبين أن المؤشرات الحالية لعدد الإصابات الكلي يشير إلى تراجع الحالة الوبائية في الوضع الراهن، لكن لا يستطيع أحد التنبؤ بما ستؤول إليه الأمور في المستقبل القريب، لأن الفيروس وإن مر عام على ظهوره إلا أنه يعد فيروسًا جديدًا، وما زالت الدراسات في طور استكمال البحث والتعرف إليه، وكيفية سبل انتشاره والمناعة الخاصة ضده.
وأضاف أبو الريش أن الفيروس ما زال يطور نفسه وقد ظهرت منه عدة سلالات، ولا يمكن التنبؤ أيضا بطبيعتها وخطورتها، مردفا: “نحن غير متخوفين، وهذا لن يشكل خطرا إضافيا بحكم أن عددا كبيرا من أهالي غزة أصيبوا بالفيروس وكوَّنوا مناعة، إلا إذا حدث أمر طارئ وأثبتت الدراسات خلاف ما تم”. وأشار إلى أن التكلفة التي بذلت في مواجهة فيروس كورونا كانت في أكثر من اتجاه و”لا نستطيع الآن رصد حجم التكلفة بالأرقام المجردة، لكن التكلفة كانت كبيرة إذا ما رصدنا مراكز الحجر الصحي، والأطباء والممرضين الذين وُظِّفوا، وحركة الإسعافات والوقود الذي استهلك”.
طواقم مؤهلة للقاحات وعن تجهيزات استقبال اللقاح والبرتوكولات الصحية في عملية التطعيم، أوضح أبو الريش أن الوزارة تبذل جهودا كبيرة في هذا الملف، وتسابق الزمن للحصول عليها، مؤكدا أن البنية التحتية في القطاع الصحي وجملة الإجراءات والبرتوكولات والأشخاص المدربين المؤهلين جاهزة. وكشف عن وعود من برنامج “كوفاكس” التابع لمنظمة الصحة العالمية، بالتبرع بنحو 20% من احتياجات فلسطين عموما ومنها قطاع غزة على مدار عام، أو عبر بعض الجهات المانحة أو الوعود التي قطعتها وزارة الصحة برام الله، أو مانحين آخرين يتصلون بالوزارة، متوقعا وصول الجرعات الأولى للقاح من البرنامج في النصف الثاني من الشهر الجاري. وبيَّن أن قطاع غزة يحتاج إلى تطعيم مليون شخص إذا استُثني من هم دون الثامنة عشرة والحوامل، باعتبار أن هاتين الفئتين ليستا ضمن الفئة المستهدفة في التطعيم، موضحا أن الفئات الأكثر إلحاحا للتطعيم يبلغ عدد أفرادها من 150 إلى 200 ألف شخص، كفئة هشة أو أكثر عرضة للإصابة، وهم العاملون في القطاع الصحي، ومرضى الأورام والفشل الكلوي والأمراض المزمنة، وكبار السن.
وأضاف أن الوزارة شكلت لجانا وضعت جملة من السياسات والإجراءات وترتيبا زمنيا للفئات لتلقي اللقاح، وأطلقت منصة يستطيع المواطن الذي يرغب بتلقي اللقاح تسجيل بياناته عبرها، الأمر الذي يتيح للوزارة الوصول لهذه الشرائح. وبشأن سيناريوهات المرحلة المقبلة، قال وكيل وزارة الصحة: “بدأنا منذ فترة مرحلة التعايش، لكن لا يعني هذا التسليم للواقع أو إهمال اتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية، حيث يجب إبقاء الأعين مفتوحة، ومواصلة المراقبة والمتابعة واتخاذ القرارات بمقتضى الحالة ما بين التخفيف والتشديد”.
ولدى سؤاله إن كان للاحتلال يد في نشر الوباء داخل المجتمع، قال أبو الريش إنه غير مُبَرَّأ من أي أمر، وسلوكه يجعله في دائرة أي اتهام ضد الفلسطينيين وخاصة قطاع غزة، مشيرا إلى أنه رغم تفشي الوباء فإنه يواصل حصار قطاع غزة منذ نحو 15 عاما، وهو ما أدى إلى وضع المنظومة الصحية في وضع حرج.
