قامت سيدة بقتل زوجها منذ عام و استغلت عدم انكشاف سرها، كي تنفذ الجريمة الثانية، حيث قادتها رغبتها الحرام إلى ارتكاب جريمة قتل أخرى وفي هذة المرة كانت الضحية صديقتها كي تعبر كل العوائق و يخلو لها الطريق مع زوجها.
و كانت البداية بتلقي أجهزة الأمن بالجيزة، إخطارًا من مأمور قسم شرطة الطالبية بورود إشارة من إدارة شرطة النجدة بالعثور على جثة خادمة 38 سنة خلف السور الجانبي بالطريق الدائري فى دائرة القسم؛ بالفحص والتحري تبين أن صديقتها وراء ارتكاب الواقعة، وفق (مصراوي).
وعقب تقنين الإجراءات تم ضبطها، وبمناقشتها أمام جهات التحقيق أقرت بقتلها المجني عليها وقررت بإرتباطها والمجني عليها بعلاقة صداقة وتطور الأمر إلى أن عائلتيهما ارتبطوا بعلاقة صداقة أيضا، وخلال الزيارات العائلية وقعت في غرام زوج صديقتها الذي يبلغ من العمر41 سنة، وتطور الأمر إلى إقامة علاقة غير شرعية بينهما.
و أفادت التحقيقات أن المتهمة لم تكتفي بوجود علاقة شرعية بينها وبين زوج صديقتها الأقرب لها، بل طمحت في ما هو اكثر من ذلك، وتحدثت مع عشيقها في أن يتخلص كل منهما من شريكه في الزواج، كي يخلو لهما الطريق ولا تكون هنا عقبات في طريق ارتباطهما العاطفي، لتلقى الفكرة الشيطانية موافقة من العشيق، فبادرت المتهمة بالتنفيذ وقتلت زوجها العام الماضي، حيث وضعت له أقراص حفظ الغلال -التي جلبها لها العشيق- في مشروب وقدمته له، وما أن تناوله حتى لفظ أنفاسه الأخيرة، وتمكنت الإفلات من جريمتها بعدما أقنعت الجميع بأن الوفاة طبيعية بداعي كبر سن زوجها الذي يبلغ من العمر 57 سنة، وبالفعل تم دفنه بدون أي شبهة جنائية.
و بعد إنهاء الجزء الأول من الاتفاق بقتل الزوج طالبت المتهمة من عشيقها إتمام الجزء الأخر بقتل زوجته، إلا أن العشيق ماطل في التنفيذ الأمر الذي تسبب في غضب المتهمة، التي طالبته أكثر من مرة بالتخلص من زوجته كي يتمكنا من العيش سويا دون أي مغصات، إلا أنه رفض في النهاية تنفيذ الأمر.
و فكرت السيدة في التنفيذ ولكن بمفردها، ومن أجل ذلك فكرت في حيلة شيطانية كي تبعد عن الشبهات ، فاتصلت بالمجني عليها من رقم غير رقمها على أنها سيدة تريد مساعدتها في تنظيف شقتها، و استدرجتها إليها وما أن وصلت المجني عليها إلى المكان المتفق عليه هاجمتها المتهمة بحجر على رأسها حتى تأكدت من قتلها.
ثقة المتهمة بنفسها دفعتها إلى أن تضع جثة صديقتها في حقيبة سفر كبيرة، واستقلت تاكسي دون أن يبدو على وجهها أي علامات تثير القلق أون الريبة وبالقرب من الدائري طلبت من السائق التوقف والانصراف حتى لا يشك فيها، وحملت الحقيبة التي تحوي الجثة وألقتها خلف السور الجانبي على الطريق الدائري وعادت إلى منزلها، إلى أن تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية بالجيزة من كشف غموض الجريمة، بضبط الزوج الذي اعترف على المتهمة وأرشد عن مكانها.
