بيان استنكار واستهجان حول جر،يمة قتل ابننا المغدور الشـ//.. ـهيد بلال رباح هاشم البيطار 40 عام أعزب من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
ماتت الممسحة، وانتهى حلم البراءة للعيش بكرامة
يا جماهير شعبنا المرابط … يا عائلات محافظات قطاع غزة …. يا كل فصائلنا المقاومة….. يا احرار وشرفاء الوطن…هل يقتل الرجل المكافح الذي كان يريد العيش بكرامة بدم بارد؟؟!!
بالأمس وعند الساعة التاسعة مساءً، وبينما كان ابننا المغدور يعمل في مهنته التي يعلمها كل أبناء محافظة خان يونس في منطقة المعسكر مقابل عيادة الوكالة ,وهي “مسح زجاج السيارات ” باغته المجرم القاتل الخارج عن القانون ” أسامة يوسف صرصور” بعد ان قام بتثبيته, وأطلق عليه عدة رصاصات غادرة في منطقة الرجلين والصدر والبطن والرأس ليرتقي بعدها شهيدا وهو لا يعلم فيما قتل؟ وما السبب الذي لأجله قتل؟ وبأي حق قتل.!!
يا جماهير شعبنا … نحن في عائلة المجايدة والبيطار وكما يعلم الجميع كنا ولا زلنا جزءً من هذا النسيج الاجتماعي لهذه الوطن، وكانت بوصلتنا دوما متجه نحو عدونا الأول والوحيد وهو العدو الصهيوني المجرم، وعملنا سويا مع إخواننا في العائلات الأخرى في مقارعة هذا العدو، وكنا دوما السابقين في المحافظة على امن وسلامة واستقرار هذا الوطن.
وإننا في عائلة المجايدة والبيطار وإزاء هذه الجريمة البشعة والنكراء التي تتنافى مع كافة القيم والدين والقانون إذ نؤكد على ما يلي:
1- ضرورة الإسراع بأخذ القصاص بحق المجرم / أسامة يوسف صرصور وكل من ساهم وخطط وساعد وتستر على المجرم في تنفيذ جريمته البشعة.
2- نطالب جماهير شعبنا الفلسطيني ووجهاء ومخاتير واعيان عائلات قطاع غزة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني ومؤسسات حقوق الانسان بإدانة هذا الجرم الجبان الذي لا يليق بعادات شعبنا.
3- إن العثور على ابننا مغدورا بدمائه في وسط الطريق العام وبهذه الصورة البشعة أمام مرأى الناس يؤكد دون أدنى شك أن الجريمة مخطط لها وأنها تمت مع سبق الاصرار والترصد وأن المجرم لم يكن يأبه بالقانون ولا بعادات شعبنا.
4- نطالب الجهات القانونية المختصة وقيادة الشرطة في قطاع غزة بالضرب بيد من حديد على كل من تسول له نفسه بالمساس بأمن واستقرار المجتمع والنسيج الاجتماعي بين عائلات قطاع غزة.
5- كما ونطالب الشرطة وجهاز المباحث العامة بالوقوف عند مسؤولياتها تجاه مثل هذه الجرائم البشعة والكشف عن حيثيات الجريمة واطلاع شعبنا عليها.
6- ندعو جماهير شعبنا، ومخاتير ووجهاء واعيان عائلات قطاع غزة ومؤسسات حقوق الانسان وقيادة الشرطة الفلسطينية للمشاركة في تشييع جثمان الشهيد المغدور / بلال رباح البيطار وذلك اليوم بعد صلاة العصر مباشرة والتواجد على منطقة دوار الدهرة في المكان الذي كان يعمل فيه مغدورنا وقتل فيه.
7- نؤكد اننا في عائلة المجايدة والبيطار سنظل كما عهدنا أبناء شعبنا مع سيادة القانون وسنبقى نطالب بتنفيذ حكم الإعدام للقاتل بالطرق والوسائل القانونية التي تمكننا من الوصول للعدالة واشفاء صدورنا.
8- أخيرا…. توكد عائلة المجايدة والبيطار أنه لا وجود لبيت عزاء لابننا المغدور / بلال رباح البيطار حتى يتم القصاص من المجرم وتنفيذ حكم العدالة فيه.
