“حماس” تحذر الاحتلال من استمرار ممارساته تجاه الأسرى
أكد عضو المكتب السياسي لحركة حماس، مسؤول مكتب الأسرى والشهداء والجرحى فيها، زاهر جبارين، أن قيادة المقاومة تتابع ما يتعرض له الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، وأن أوراقها متعددة “وحاضرة على الطاولة”، وعلى الاحتلال توقُّع أي شيء أمام تماديه بالعدوان والغطرسة ضد أسرانا وحقوقهم المشروعة.
ونبه جبارين إلى أن الاحتلال يحاول عبر سلسلة من الخطوات رد الاعتبار لذاته بالاستفراد بأسرى “نفق الحرية” الذين فضحوا هشاشة أمنه أمام العالم بتحرير أنفسهم من سجن “جلبوع” الأشد تحصينًا، مشيرًا إلى أنه يمارس أبشع الأساليب الإجرامية بحقهم.
وشدد على حق كل أسير وأسيرة في انتزاع حريته بكل السبل والوسائل المتاحة، محذرًا الاحتلال من التمادي ومواصلة هذا السلوك الذي يعكس حالة العنجهية والغطرسة.
وبيَّن أن الحركة الأسيرة ومن خلفها أبناء شعبنا، تصدت منذ اللحظة الأولى بكل حزم لنوايا الاحتلال التصعيدية وتثبيت وقائع جديدة على صعيد ظروف الأسر والاعتقال ردًّا على الصفعة المدوية التي تلقاها على يد أبطال عملية “نفق الحرية”.
مضيفًا “انتصرت إرادة شعبنا وحركته الأسيرة، وفرضت على الاحتلال التراجع عن خطواته”. وقال جبارين إن حركته تتابع متابعة حثيثة وجادة لما يتعرض له الأسرى من اعتداءات وانتهاكات تتنافى مع الأعراف والمواثيق الإنسانية والدولية، وترقى لمستوى “جرائم الدولة” بحقهم، وتضغط في كل الاتجاهات لإسنادهم في تحقيق أهدافهم، ورد القمع عنهم، محمّلًا الاحتلال المسؤولية الكاملة عن حياتهم في السجون.
وبشأن المعتقلين المضربين عن الطعام لأكثر من 100 يوم، رفضًا لاعتقالهم الإداري، أكد جبارين أن حركته تواصل اتصالاتها مع مختلف الوسطاء والأطراف ذات العلاقة لنقل التحذيرات ورسائل الضغط على الاحتلال.
وأوضح أنهم تواصلوا مع عدة جهات، منها مصر، وتحدّثوا بشأن المضربين عن الطعام، وأبلغوهم بكل وضوح أن استمرار إضرابهم وتعنت الاحتلال “قد يؤدي بالمنطقة إلى ما لا يحمد عقباه”.
وشدد على ضرورة تصعيد فعاليات التضامن والإسناد مع الأسرى وخاصة المضربين، وإيصال الرسائل الرسمية والإعلامية لمختلف الجهات والأطراف، داعيًا إلى تفعيل التحركات على الصعيد القانوني والحقوقي لتعرية الاحتلال وفضح جرائمه تجاه ما يتعرض له أسرانا.
وأعرب عن أسفه حيال الصمت الرسمي المحلي والدولي تجاه ما يتعرض له الأسرى من جرائم وانتهاكات، الذي يعد إشارة إلى حالة الانحياز الظالم من المجتمع الدولي إلى الاحتلال المتغطرس، مردفًا: “ثقتنا عالية في شعوب أمتنا العربية وأحرار العالم، وحالة التضامن الحاضرة من أبناء شعبنا”.
وعن تأثير التطبيع على قضية الأسرى، قال جبارين: إن مشاهد البطولة التي يسطرها أسرانا تنعكس على مسارات التطبيع، وتؤكد بشاعة وإجرام هذا المحتل، ويضع أرباب التطبيع وعرابيه في حرج كبير أمام شعوبهم.
واستحضر مطالبة البرلمان العربي في بيان اجتماعه الأخير، المقاومة الفلسطينية بضم الأسرى العرب ضمن أي صفقة تبادل مقبلة “وهو ما يعكس أن خيار المقاومة هو خيار الأمة، ولا مستقبل لخيارات الإذعان والتطبيع”.
وعن محاكمة الأسير نائل البرغوثي وإعادة الاحتلال النظر في إعادة حكم المؤبد له، قال جبارين: إن الأسير البرغوثي تحوّل إلى رمز إنساني عظيم وأيقونة نضال فلسطينية فريدة، بعدما قضى أكثر من 40 عامًا في سجون الاحتلال، ليصبح بذلك واحدًا من أقدم السجناء المطالبين بالحرية في العالم.
وبيّن أن ثبات البرغوثي رغم مرور أكثر من 4 عقود على أسره، دليل على عجز المؤسسة الإسرائيلية وفشلها في كسر إرادته وإيمانه بعدالة قضيته، واستحالة هزيمة الفلسطيني المقاوم المقاتل.
