جريمه ضد الانسانية ترتكب بحق زوجه
جَرِيمَة مُرْوِعَة تَهُزُّ الْأُرْدُن . . . . قَتَلَ زَوْجَتِه خَنْقًا أمَامَ أَطْفَالِه فِي مَدِينَةِ الرَصِيفَة . . . . .
طالب ذوو الفتاة “هناء محمد حلمي الحديدي” التي تعرضت للقتل على يد زوجها المدعو “مصطفى ناهض جمعه الجوجو” بعدما تم العثور على جثتها في منزلهما في مدينة #الرصيفة بمحافظة الزرقاء في الأردن بالقصاص منه على جريمته التي ارتبكها بحق أبنتهم البالغة من العمر 30 عاما فيما تعهدت عائلة الزوج القاتل بتسليمه للعدالة.
وفي التفاصيل التي حصلت عليها صحيفة أخبار الأردن الإلكترونية فإن زواجهما قارب الـ 15 عاما ولديهما 7 أطفال وأنه اعتاد على تعنيفها والاعتداء عليها بل أنه دفع بابنهما ذات يوم لحرقها بمواد كيميائية.
كما وأنه اتهمها ذات مرة أيضا بتعاطي المخدرات بعدما عثرت الأجهزة الأمنية على مخدرات في منزلهما وأخبر ضباط الأمن أن هذه الكمية من المخدرات لزوجته ولكن بعد التحقيق تبين أنها له وتم سجنه فيما تم الإفراج عنها والحكم عليها بالبراءة.
خرج قبل نحو أسبوع من تنفيذه لجريمته من السجن وهنا يؤكد أهلها أن أبنتهم اختفت منذ ذلك التاريخ بعدما أقدم على خنقها والهرب من المكان بعد أن لف جثتها بسجادة.
بعد أيام انتشرت الرائحة وتم العثور على الجثة وتحويلها للطب الشرعي والأجهزة الأمنية تلقي القبض على الزوج القاتل.
أوقف مدعي عام الجنايات الكبرى المتهم الذي أقدم على قتل زوجته خنقا مدة أسبوعين على ذمة التحقيق في إطار تهمة القتل العمد فيما اصدر قاضي أحداث #الزرقاء أمس امرا بالحماية والرعاية لمدة عام لأطفالهم الستة في دور الحماية والرعاية التابعة لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية.
وقالت مصادر مقربة من التحقيق ان المتهم كان يقضي عقوبة داخل احد مراكز الاصلاح والتأهيل بعد ادانته بتهمة المخدرات وبعد الإفراج عنه وعودته إلى مكان سكنه تجددت الخلافات العائلية مع زوجته حيث أقدم على قتلها خنقا أمام أعين اطفالها ثم تركها داخل منزله واصطحب أطفاله السبعة بمن فيهم ابنه الحدث الذي يخضع للتحقيق حاليا من قبل مدعي عام الأحداث بشبهة اشتراكه في ارتكاب الجريمة مع والده ضد والدته.
وكشفت المصادر ذاتها أن المتهم بعد ان لاذ بالفرار مصطحبا اطفاله معه لم يبلغ عن ارتكابه #الجريمة الامر الذي أدى لبقاء جثة الضحية في منزلها مدة يومين بعد مقتلها الى ان اشتم المجاورون من سكنها رائحة كريهة تنبعث من المنزل ما دفعهم لابلاغ الشرطة بعد ان تم الاشتباه بوجود حالة وفاة داخله.
وعلى صعيد متابعة رعاية الاطفال الذين فقدوا أمهم في الجريمة قال مساعد امين عام التنمية الاجتماعية الأردنية “محمود الجبور” لـ”الغد” ان الاطفال الستة وهم 4 فتيات وولدان تتراوح اعمارهم ما بين العامين ونصف العام و12 عاما أدخلوا إلى دور الحماية قبل يومين بأمر حماية من مدعي عام أحداث الزرقاء لمدة 48 ساعة في حين صدر قرار قاضي الأحداث اليوم بالتحفظ على الأطفال حماية لهم لمدة عام اعتبارا من 28/ 10 / 2021 ولغاية 28/ 10 / 2022.
وقال “الجبور” في تصريحات سابقة لـ”الغد” إن الاطفال يتلقون الحماية والرعاية اضافة الى التدخلات النفسية والاجتماعية اللازمة لافتا الى أن الجريمة وقعت على مرأى منهم ما كان له أثر قاس عليهم
وناشد الجبور المواطنين عدم تداول اي صور أو فيديوهات للأطفال نظرا للأثر السلبي عليهم حاليا ومستقبلا باعتبارهم ضحايا لهذه الحادثة المأساوية.
ولفت الى ان احد الأطفال يعاني من حالة تشنج طبية سابقة وتم نقله الى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج اللازم.
وشدد على التزام الوزارة بتقديم خدماتها للأطفال المحتاجين للحماية والرعاية وفقا للدستور والاتفاقيات الدولية وتحديدا اتفاقية حقوق الطفل بغض النظر عن العرق او الجنسية.
