وقالت الكحلوت في تصريحات مُتلفزة عبر وكالة “سبق24” الإخبارية اليوم الخميس، إنه خلال الدفعة الحالية أنهوا عدة مشاكل قبل عملية الصرف، وطلبوا تحديث بيانات الأسر المستفيدة عبر البرنامج “الموحد” من أجل تسهيل عملية التواصل والحصول على المنحة.
وأوضحت أن الإشكاليات البسيطة التي قد تطرأ على البرنامج ومن يتواصل مع طواقهم من المواطنين بشأن ذلك، يتم معالجتها له عبر الاستدعاء لمقر الوزارة وأخرى عبر الاتصال بالهاتف.
وبينت الكحلوت أن أكبر اشكالية واجهتهم عدم وجود رقم تواصل للشخص المستفيد من المنحة عبر الحاسوب الحكومي، لذلك يتم استثناء الاسم والارسال لشخص اخر له بيانات تواصل، مطالبة حميع الاسر التحديث واضافة رقم الجوال ليتمكن من الحصول
على المنحة.
