برنامج القسائم الشرائية – التسوق المباشر هو أحد مشاريع برنامج الغذاء الدولي التابع للأمم المتحدة , والذي يتم تنفيذه بالتعاون مع منظمة أوكسفام الدولية البريطانية (OXFAM) – في القطاع منذ شهر أكنوبر , وذلك لتلبية احتياجات الأمن الغذائي لسكان القطاع وتوفير المساعدات الغذائية الأساسية للأسر المحتاجة والفقيرة التي تمر بظروف صعبة جدا.

يمكن الأسر المسجلة لدى المشروع من إستلام المواد الغذائية الأساسية بشكل مباشر من المحال التجارية المشتركة في المشروع والواقعة في محيط أماكن سكنى المواطنين والأسر المسجلة في كافة محافظات القطاع .
ويتم حاليا تنفيذ مشروع القسائم الشرائية – التسوق المباشر على مستوى القطاع من خلال 85 محل تجاري.
مشروع القسائم الشرائية سيمكن الأسر الفقيرة والمحتاجة من الإستفادة من المشروع لمدة 8 شهور فقط .
