تنويه مهم من وزارة العمل بخصوص تصاريح العمال في الداخل
أصدرت وزارة العمل الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة، مساء اليوم الجمعة، بياناً صحفياً، حول تصاريح العمل في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة عام 1948.
وأكدت الوزارة في بيانها، الذي نشرته على صفحتها في موقع (فيسبوك)، أن كل من لديه سجل تجاري (حقيقي)، لن يتم ترشيح
وأشارت الوزارة في بيانها، إلى أن التصاريح التي تصدر هي للعمال فقط، والسجلات التجارية الحقيقي هي للتجار، منوهة في الوقت ذاته إلى أن عملها فقط لمن لا سجل تجاري له أو من عنده سجل تجاري مرمز (#) فقط.
للتذكير .. هناك شروط لمن يتم ترشيحه للحصول على #تصريح_عمل وهي على النحو التالي:
- أولاً: أن يكون متزوجاً، وعمره يزيد عن 26 عاماً
- ثانياً: ألا يكون موظفاً، أو صاحب دخل ثابت
- ثالثاً: ألا يكون عليه منع قضائي من السفر
- رابعاً: ألا يتجاوز عمره الـ ٦٠ عاماً
- خامساً: ألا يكون لديه سجل تجاري حقيقي
