اتجهت للبائع و قلت له :
يا عم يا عم بكم الضحك اليوم ؟
قال لي :
ضحكة الطفل بدينار ، وضحكة العجوز بألف .. وعلى حسب العمر نشتري !
دهشت من فرق السعر وأخبرته :
ياعم الضحك ضحك فلم فرق الأسعار أو أنك تغشني لأني صغير؟!
قال لي:
يا صغيري ضحكة الكبار نادرة و هذا سبب غلائها !
لم أفهم ما يقول ، ولكني بعته الضحكتين ، واشتريت بثمنهما بسكوتاً
رجعت للمنزل ، سألت أمي إن كان لدى أبي ضحكات قديمة ، فضحكة الكبار غالية !
بحثت أمي في كل أرجاء المنزل ،لم تجد أي ضحكة لأبي ( أبي لا يضحك ) !!
ولكنها عثرت على كثير من دمعاته ، و أعطتني إياها ، وقالت لي هذامصروفك للغد !
في اليوم التالي ، وعند سماع صوت العم الذي يشتري الأحاسيس والمشاعر
أسرعت إليه وسألته عن ثمن دموع الكبار ، فمن المؤكد أنها غالية كضحكاتهم ..
فقال لي :
إن دموع الكبار رخيصة ، وأنا لا أتاجر بها !!
وقال:
الكبار يبكون دائماً يا ولدي ، في الكثير من شوارع الحي هناك أنهار من الدموع ، وفي المقابر هناك أنهار أُخرى !!
حتى أن أم الشهيد محمد تمتلك أكثر من برميلين من الدموع لم أشترهما !
يا بُني أنا أشتري ضحكات الكبار ، أما دموعهم فلا….لا أشتريها
