مجلس التعليم: يقر بدوام الموظفين في المؤسسات التعليمية دون طلبة
أقر مجلس التعليم العالي السماح بدوام الموظفين في كافة مؤسسات التعليم العالي دون الطلبة، تماشياً مع مساعي الحكومة لإجراء الترتيبات اللازمة لعودة الحياة في عموم أرجاء الوطن وبشكل يتناسب مع معايير الوقاية والسلامة، بعد إقرارها من رئيس الوزراء محمد اشتية.
وقال المجلس في بيان صدر عنه، مساء اليوم الخميس، إن بإمكان الطلبة الذين أنهوا متطلبات التخرج ولديهم رغبة باستلام شهاداتهم وكشوف علاماتهم، أو الذين يرغبون بالتوقيع على الكمبيالات الخاصة بقروض الطلبة، وتعبئة طلبات المنح والإعفاءات وتسليم الأوراق الثبوتية، الذهاب إلى مؤسساتهم، بعد وصول رسالة الكترونية من المؤسسة تفيد بجاهزيتها لذلك.
وأكد استمرار العمل بتقنيات التعليم الالكتروني للفصل الصيفي، ووفق ما صدر من تعليمات سابقة عن مجلس التعليم العالي في هذا الخصوص.
وأشار إلى أنه يسمح لمؤسسات التعليم العالي بالتعليم الوجاهي فقط لاستكمال المساقات التطبيقية والعملية التي تم تأجيلها للطلبة من الفصل الثاني أو مساقات عملية تطبيقية سيتم طرحها للفصل الصيفي ضمن خطة تعدها المؤسسة وتراعي فيها بروتوكولات وزارة الصحة وبروتوكول العودة للدوام، وألا تزيد الطاقة الاستيعابية لهذه المساقات عن 50% من الوضع الطبيعي، كما يسمح نفس الأمر لمن لديهم مشاريع تخرج وأطروحات دراسات عليا، بما لا يتعارض مع خطط المؤسسات المعدة مسبقا لتنفيذها الكترونيا على ألا يحضر للمناقشة سوى الطالب واثنين من ذويه.
وأوضح المجلس أنه سيتم السماح لمؤسسات التعليم العالي باستكمال اجراءات عقد الامتحان التطبيقي (الدبلوم الشامل) منتصف شهر آب بإشراف الوزارة، وفق التعليمات التي ستصدر عن لجنة الامتحانات العامة في الوزارة لتطبيق الامتحان والتي ستراعي معايير الوقاية الصحية.
وشدد على ضرورة الالتزام بقواعد السلامة والوقاية وتنفيذ حملة توعية وتثقيف للطلبة والعاملين الإداريين والأكاديميين في جميع مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وتطبيق شروط وتعليمات الوقاية الواردة في بروتوكول وزارة الصحة وبروتوكول العودة الجزئية للدوام وعقد الامتحان التطبيقي الشامل.
