2- خاطب الناس الذين تقابلهم لأول مرة بأسمائهم ، سيجعلهم ذلك يشعرون بالثقة و الود اتجاهك .
3- إذا وجدت صعوبة في تعلم أمر ما ، قم بتعليمه لشخص آخر فذا سيجعلك اكثر إنتباهاً و سيساعدك على تعلمه .
4- إذا أردت أن تطلب معروفا من شخص علاقتك به ليست وطيدة ، أطلب منه طلب بسيط أولاً قبل أن تطلب منه ما تريد ، فالناس أكثر ميلا لقبول طلب أشخاص قبلوا تلبية طلبهم سابقا .
5- إذا كنت تعمل في خدمة العملاء ضع مرآة خلفك بحيث يرى العميل فيها نفسه و ستندهش من تأثير ذلك على العملاء الغاضبين .
6- إذا كنت في نقاش ساخن ، تجنب إستخدام كلمة ” أنت ” لأنها كلمة إتهامية و لن تساعد في تقريب وجهات النظر .
7- إذا كنت تتوقع هجوما من شخص ما في أحد الإجتماعات إجلس بجواره مباشرة فسيقلل هذا من حدة هجومه عليك .
8- إذا كنت خجولا و تريد أن تكون صاحب حضور قوي حينما تقابل شخص ما حاول تبيّن لون عينيه ، هذا سيجعلك تنظر إلي عينيه مباشرة فهذا يقدمك بصورة قوية .
9- قم بمضغ العلكة قبل أن تقوم بأمور تشعر فيها بالتوتر مثل مخاطبة الجمهور فهذا يزيل الشعور بالخطر .
10- إذا حاول شخص ما التهرب من سؤالك أو أجاب إجابة مقتضبة ، إستمر في النظر لعينيه في صمت فهذا سيحرجه و سيجعله يستمر في الكلام .
