الأطفال أيضاً يمكثون في المنزل طول الوقت، وبين طلباتهم ومتابعة دروس التعليم عن بعد، يحتاجون إلى الكثير من الوقت والطاقة، ولكن هذا لا يعني أن تمنحيهم طاقتك ووقتك واهتمامك بالكامل، فلا يبقى لزوجك شيئاً منكِ في نهاية اليوم، خاصة أنه موجود في المنزل معكم، فهذا يشعره أنه مُهمَل ولا قيمة له في حياتك.
لذا احرصي على أن توفّري جزءاً من وقتك وطاقتك له، وتخصيص وقت للتواصل معه والاهتمام به، ويمكنك أيضاً تخصيص يوم كامل له كل أسبوعين ليكون هو على قمة أولوياتك في هذا اليوم ويحصل على كامل طاقتك واهتمامك.
2- تتواصلين معه بلا طاقة
من المهم عند لقاء زوجك أن تتمتعي بالطاقة حتى تستطيعي الاهتمام به والتواصل معه باهتمام وتركيز، لذا فإن تخصيص وقت لزوجك في نهاية اليوم بعد أن تكوني مستنفدة الطاقة، يُعدّ تواصلاً غير حقيقي.
خصّصي وقتاً لزوجك وأنتِ تتمتعين بطاقة كافية حتى يشعر أنكِ مهتمة للوقت الذي تقضينه معه.
3- تتعاملين معه بعدم لطف
لا تسمحي للضغوط والتوتر أن يدفعوكِ للتعامل مع زوجك بطريقة غير لائقة، فزوجك ينتظر منكِ التقدير والاحترام والكلمات اللطيفة حتى يشعر أن له قيمة في حياتك.
إذا حدث وكنتِ تشعرين بضغط شديد يجعلكِ غير قادرة على التواصل بلطف، فتحدثي مع زوجك بصراحة واطلبي منه فترة تتخلّصين فيها من الطاقة السلبية لتعودي إلى التواصل معه بمحبة ولطف.
4- ترفضين مشاركته في شؤون الأسرة
زوجك يقضي وقتاً أطول في المنزل، وهذا يعني أنه أصبح أكثر تدخّلاً في شؤون الأسرة، فلا تنسي أنه شريك حياتك، وتقبّلي تعليقاته بصدر رحب، ولا تهاجميه أو ترفضي نصائحه وتدخلاته بأسلوب قاسٍ، لأن هذا يشعره بعدم التقدير، وأن ليس له الحق في التدخل في شؤون أسرته.
