إلغاء التعديلات الجديدة المتعلقة بقانون التقاعد بقرار الرئيس

وافق الرئيس محمود عباس، مساء الثلاثاء، على إلغاء التعديلات الجديدة المتعلقة بقرار قانون التقاعد، وخاصة القرار بشأن تعديل قانون مكافآت ورواتب أعضاء المجلس التشريعي، ومن هم برتبة وزير المحافظين، بالإضافة الى قرار بشأن تعديل قانون التقاعد العام لمن هم برتبة وزير.

وأكد رئيس الوزراء محمد اشتية، في منشور له عبر “الفيسبوك”، أن الرئيس استجاب وألغى حزمة التعديلات الأخيرة المتعلقة بقرار بقانون التقاعد، خاصة القرار بشأن تعديل قانون مكافآت ورواتب أعضاء المجلس التشريعي، ومن هم بدرجة وزير ومحافظين، وقرار بشأن تعديل القانون العام لمن هم برتبة وزير.

وكانت نقابة المحامين الفلسطينيين والهيئة المستقلة لحقوق الانسان والعديد من المؤسسات الحقوقية قد طالبت في وقت سابق، الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس، بإلغاء القرارات بقانون، والتي تتعلق بتعديل قانون مكافآت ورواتب أعضاء المجلس التشريعي، والحكومة والمحافظين، بالإضافة إلى تعديل قانون التقاعد العام، معربة عن موقفها الرافض لهذه القرارات.

ووفقا للهيئة المستقلة لحقوق الانسان، فإن القرارين ينصا على رفع سن التقاعد لرؤساء المؤسسات والهيئات الرسمية الذين يحملون درجة وزير من ٦٠ إلى ٦٥ عامًا، مع بقائهم على رأس عملهم وعدم إحالتهم للتقاعد كباقي الموظفين.
