كابتن فايزة.. أول مدربة في مصر لفريق كرة قدم من الرجال
تلقت المدرب المحترف الكابتن فايزة حيدر شهادة اعتمادها كمدرب من الاتحاد الإنجليزي لكرة القدم؛ لتصبح بذلك أول مدربة مصرية تحصل على هذه الشهادة، برغم تاريخها الطويل في اللعب والتدريب لكرة القدم إلا أنها تعتبر ذلك نقلة نوعية لها.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك فقد وافقت على تدريب فريق كروي رجال؛ لتصبح أيضاً أول امرأة تدرب فريقاً رجالياً في عالم كرة القدم، وهو نادي إيديال جولدي في الدرجة الرابعة ومكانه في الجيزة.
كسرت الصور النمطية وأصبحت لاعبة كرة قدم
تقول فايزة حيدر: بدأت ممارسة كرة القدم منذ طفولتي بمشاركة جيراني من الذكور لعب كرة القدم في الشارع، ثم واصلت طريقي لأصبح أول مدربة لفريق كرة قدم من الرجال. رغم صعوبة البدايات.
اعتادت لعب كرة القدم مع الذكور في الشارع أثناء طفولتها، تصرف واجهت بسببه انتقادات عديدة من المحيطين بها الذين لم يعتادوا رؤية فتاة تلعب كرة القدم مع الذكور، لكن فايزة حيدر، واصلت كسر الصور النمطية وأصبحت لاعبة كرة قدم ثم مدربة لفريق جميع اللاعبين فيه من الرجال.
توضح المصرية البالغة من العمر 36 عاماً، أن رياضة كرة القدم النسائية ليست جديدة في مصر؛ إذ إن بداية المنتخب الوطني النسائي لكرة القدم على سبيل المثال، تعود لعام 1997، بالإضافة إلى وجود عدد من النساء في مجال تحكيم المباريات.
لكن تدريب امرأة لفريق كرة قدم من الرجال، مسألة غير معتادة في مصر، ما صعّب في البداية من مهمة فايزة التي تقول «لم يعتد الرجال على وجود امرأة كمدربة، كانت هناك سخرية ونكات، بعض اللاعبين لم يأخذوا التدريبات على محمل الجد».
وكان الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم قد دعا أندية الدوري المحلي لتكوين فرق نسائية للمشاركة في دوري السيدات الموسم المقبل، وذلك من «أجل توسيع قاعدة الممارسة النسائية تماشياً مع الاتجاه الدولي والقاري للنهوض بها».
تضيف فايزة «لاحظ اللاعبون أن بوسعهم أن يتعلموا مني، وهي ليست صدفة فقد تلقيت تدريبات كمدربة لكرة القدم في هولندا وإنجلترا وإسبانيا»..
وبالرغم من «ذكورية» لعبة كرة القدم في مصر، إلا أن فايزة لا ترى أي سبب يجعل النساء أقل من الرجال في هذا المجال وتقول: «جنس لاعب الكرة ليس له أي دور، مثله مثل لون البشرة».
وبمرور الوقت صارت فايزة تحظى بدعم حتى ممن عارضوا اتجاهها لكرة القدم في البداية مثل والدتها، التي تقول إنها كانت تعارض دوماً رغبة ابنتها في لعب كرة القدم لدرجة أنها كانت تمنع عنها المال اللازم للذهاب لنادي كرة القدم، لكن فايزة واصلت مسيرتها وأصبحت لاعبة كرة قدم ناجحة.
