الكيالي يكشف عن الآلية المعتمدة في التوظيف بديوان الموظفين
قال رئيس ديوان الموظفين العام بغزة يوسف الكيالي، اليوم الأربعاء، إن الديوان يستند في آليات التوظيف على مبدأ النزاهة والشفافية وتكافؤ الفرص والتنافس العام على الوظيفة التي يتم الإعلان عنها.
وأكد الكيالي في حديثه لإذاعة “صوت الأقصى” المحلية، أنه بعد اعتماد الوظائف في الموازنة العامة يبدأ الديوان بجدولة الوظائف ويعلنها للجمهور عامة ولا معيار للتفاضل إلا الكفاءة فقط.
وأضاف: “يتم عقد امتحان نظري محوسب ويتعرف الطالب على علامته بعد انتهاء تقديمه للامتحان مباشرة”.
وتابع: “منذ أكثر من سنة ونصف عقدنا عدة ورش عمل وأطلعنا مؤسسات المجتمع المدني و الفصائل و الكتاب و الاعلاميين على آليات التوظيف التي يقوم بها الديوان والجميع أشاد بالآلية”.
وأشار إلى أنه مع بداية العام تم إقرار 1320 وظيفة منها 500 وظيفة للتعليم و400 وظيفة للصحة والباقي للوزارات.
وأوضح الكيالي أنه تم إضافة 200 وظيفة للصحة ومؤخراً تم إضافة 400 وظيفة سيتم توظيفها بعقود في اطار مواجهة جائحة كورونا.
