أردنية ترفع أغرب دعوى قضائية على الإطلاق
أقدمت أردنية من محافظة إربد، على رفع دعوى قضائية هي الأغرب على الإطلاق.
وكشفت مصادر في وزارة العدل الأردنية عن قيام المدعية برفع دعوى بدل أضرار معنوية ومادية عن الأذى الذي لحق بقطتيها.
حيث قامت المدعية بترك قطتيها في مكان مخصص لرعاية الحيوانات، وسافرت لإحدى دول الجوار، لكن لدى عودتها فوجئت بوضع قطتيها المتدهور.
وقالت إنهما كانتا ترفضان الطعام، مما دفعها لفحصهما صحيا ونفسيا، وحصلت على تقرير طبي بذلك.
من جهته، أكد أسد الشواهين محامي المدعية أن الدعوى منظورة لدى محكمة صلح إربد، وبشكل جدي وبحسب أصول المحاكمات المتبعة كأي إنسان متضرر.
وأشار إلى أن هذه القضية هي الأولى من نوعها في الأردن، منوها بأنه سيترافع في هذه القضية، ولم يسبق أن تم قبول هذه القضايا من قبل المحامين ولا حتى الهيئات القضائية.
