يغفل عدد كبير من الناس مسألة الاهتمام بصحة قلبهم، وذلك بسبب نمط الحياة المعاصر، الأمر الذي يساهم في ارتفاع عدد مرضى القلب بشكل سنوي.

وتعد أمراض القلب المتنوعة مسؤولة عن ثلث الوفيات في مختلف أنحاء العالم، وفق جمعية القلب الأميركية.

وقال موقع “هيلث لاين” إنه يمكن للإنسان العادي أن يطرح على نفسه بعض الأسئلة السهلة والبسيطة ليعرف مدى صحة قلبه.

ومن الأسئلة المهمة المرتبطة بصحة قلب الإنسان، تلك المتعلقة بالنظام الغذائي وبنمط حياتك اليومي.

ويطرح الطبيب على مرضى القلب هذه الأسئلة: هل تتناول الكثير من الخضراوات والفواكه؟ هل تتناول الكثير من الدهون المشبعة؟ هل تتناول الكثير من الملح؟ هل تمارس الرياضة بشكل يومي؟ هل تعاني الإجهاد والضغط؟ هل تدخن كثيرا؟ هل تشرب الكحول بصفة دورية؟ هل لديك تاريخ عائلي مع أمراض القلب؟

ويعد إدمان التدخين وكثرة الإجهاد وقلة ممارسة الرياضة من العوامل التي تساهم بارتفاع مخاطر الإصابة بأحد أمراض القلب.
