سيخلصك بفترة وجيزة من أثار الحبوب والكلف ومن التجاعيد المختلفة كما سيعمل على تفتيح البشرة بشكل فوري وكل ما عليك هو الالتزام بتطبيق الوصفة ولاتنسي الترطيب واستعمال واقي الشمس عند الخروج من المنزل .
وصفة اليوم وصفة طبيعية لتفتيح البشرة والتخلص من الكلف والتصبغات .
المكونات:
ملعقة من الأرز.
كوب من الماء.
كوب من الحليب.
ملعقة من صابونة دوف مبشورة.
عصير نصف ليمونة.
طريقة التحضير والاستخدام:
نجهز قدر ويضاف بداخله الأرز مع كوب من الماء وربع كوب من الحليب ويرفع على نار متوسطة حتى يصبح القوام كريمي.
عندما يبرد يوضع في الكبة أو الخلاط مع باقي كمية الحليب ثم يرفع على النار ونضيف ملعقة من صابونة دوف ونقلب حتى تختلط المكونات.
نرفع الكريم جانبا ثم يضاف عصير الليمون ونقلب ويحفظ في عبوة كريم جافة ومعقمة لمدة أسبوع بعد ذلك نغسل البشرة جيدا.
وندهن هذا الكريم في المساء ويترك طوال الليل وفي الصباح نغسل البشرة بالماء والغسول يكرر يوم بعد يوم وسوف تلاحظي اختفاء البقع والكلف.
يمكن وضع هذا الكريم على جميع الأماكن الداكنة بالجسم سواء منطقة الإبط أو بين الفخذين أو اليدين وغيرها.
ماسكات تفتيح سريعة المفعول
.١ النشا والحليب:
المكونات:
ملعقة من النشا.
ملعقة من الطحينة.
ماء ورد.
5 قطرات زيت لوز.
عصير ليمونة.
3 ملاعق حليب.
طريقة التحضير والاستخدام:
نحضر وعاء ونمزج المكونات مع بعض حتى تتكون عجينة سهلة الفرد ونضعها على بشرة نظيفة ونتركها 30 دقيقة.
تشطف بالماء البارد ثم نمرر قطنة بها ماء ورد على البشرة هذا الماسك يجعل البشرة بيضاء ونقية خالية من التصبغات.
2. الطين الطبيعي وزيت شجرة الشاي:
المكونات:
2 ملعقة من الطين الطبيعي.
ملعقة من القهوة.
3 قطرات من زيت شجرة الشاي.
ملعقة صغيرة خل.
ماء ورد.
طريقة التحضير والاستخدام:
نخلط القهوة والطين مع بعض ثم نضيف باقي المكونات ونقلب باستخدام ملعقة خشب أو بلاستيك نغسل البشرة بالماء الفاتر.
ونوزع المزيج عليها واتركيه 20 دقيقة ويغسل بالماء يكرر مرتين أسبوعيا للحصول على بشرة بيضاء بدون كلف وبقع داكنة.
ماسك الشوفان والحليب لتبييض الوجه وإزالة الكلف
المكونات:
2 ملعقة كبيرة من دقيق الشوفان.
ملعقة من العسل.
2 ملعقة حليب.
5 قطرات من زيت جوز الهند.
طريقة التحضير والاستخدام:
نخلط جميع المكونات مع بعض حتى يصبح مثل الكريم وقوامه سميك ثم يوضع لمدة عشر دقائق..
