نخفق البيض مع الفانيلا لمدة لا تقل عن ٨ دقايق وبهدها بنضيف الطحين والحليب بالتنواب وتخبز بفرن ١٨٠ وبعدها بنكون عاملين التسقاية الي هي عبارة عن الكريما السائلة والحليب والسكر وبنشرب الكيكة فيها وبعد ما تكون باردة تماما بنضيف فوقها طبقة خفيفة من الكريما المخفوقة طريقة عمل الكراميل بنحرق السكر وبعدها بنضيف الكريما او الحليب والزبدة بنتركهم يتجانسو بس يصيرو بحرارة الغرفة بنضيفهم فوق الكعكة وتبرد ساعة وتقدم بالهنا
