قال رئيس الاتحاد العام لنقابات عمال فلسطين سامي العمصي إن شريحة العمال في قطاع غزة لم تستفد من منحة متضرري كورونا ولا من صندوق وقفة عز.
وأوضح العمصي في بيان تلقته وكالة “فلسطين الآن” السبت أن عدد المستفيدين من المنحة التي أعلن عنها وزير العمل برام الله نصري أبو جيش من غزة لم يتجاوز 5 آلاف شخص صرفت المساعدات لهم وفق اعتبارات تنظيمية، فيما بلغ عدد المستفيدين منها في الضفة الغربية 68 ألف عامل، بواقع 700 شيكل موزعة على سبع دفعات.
وبين أن وزارة العمل لا زالت تتعامل “بعنصرية” وتستثني غزة من المساعدات التي تأتي باسم العمال الفلسطينيين.
واستعرض العمصي واقع العمال في القطاع المحاصر بسبب الجائحة، مبينا أن 140 ألف عامل تضرروا من كورونا، وبلغت قيمة خسائرهم للرواتب أكثر من 40 مليون دولار، فيما تجاوز البطالة في صفوفهم 75%، وبلغت نسبة الفقر 80%.
وأضاف “أن وزارة العمل في رام الله لا زالت تتنكر للواقع المرير في غزة، في ظل إغلاق نحو 1500 مصنع تعطل منها 12 ألف عامل بسبب الجائحة، وتضرر 15 ألف سائق، و2800 عاملة من رياض الأطفال، و4 آلاف عامل في قطاع السياحة، وعشرات الآلاف من عمال البناء والزراعة والصناعات المعدنية”.
وتابع “نستغرب من سياسة التجاهل وإدارة الظهر التي تمارسها حكومة اشتية لقطاع غزة، وحرمان آلاف العمال من الاستفادة من المساعدات القادمة للمتضررين”، مطالبا إياها بالتراجع عن سياسة تهميش عمال غزة، وتخصيص نسبة “40% من المساعدات القادمة للعمال، وفق إقرار الحكومة نفسها.
