الشخصية هي تلك التصرفات والأفعال وردود الأفعال التي تصدر عنا تجاه المواقف المختلفة، وهناك الكثير من أنماط وأنواع الشخصيات، ولكن أكثرها جدلاً هي الشخصية الضعيفة، وبحسب الدكتورة أميرة حبراير الخبيرة النفسية، أن شخصية المرأة الضعيفة هي تلك التي تخضع دائماً لسيطرة الآخرين، أو تخاف بشدة، أو حتى تتخبط في أفعالها، وليس من الضروري أن يكون الإنسان ضعيف الشخصية في كل موقف، ولكن بعض الصفات قد تجعلكِ تندرجين ضمن هذا التصنيف أيضاً، ولو بجزء من شخصيتك؛ فما هي أسباب الشخصية الضعيفة التي تتكون بفعل بعض الأسباب.
أسباب الشخصية الضعيفة
1- سوء التربية:
لا شك أن أسلوب تربية الآباء والأمهات لأبنائهم هو أمر شخصي، ولكن هناك بعض الممنوعات في نظام التربية؛ حتى لا تفسد شخصية الطفل ورجل أو امرأة المستقبل؛ فالعراك المستمر وحب السيطرة الأبوية والتدخل في أدق تفاصيل حياة الطفل، تجعله ضعيف الشخصية، كما أن التحكم به لدرجة كبيرة يجعل منه شخصاً غير قادر على اتخاذ القرارات، كما أن الصوت العالي والضرب يتسببان في تكوين هذه الشخصية أيضاً.
2- التعرض للتنمر:
التنمر هو الاستهزاء بشخص بسبب شكله أو طريقته أو أي شيء، ويحدث ذلك في المدارس كثيراً، ويحدث بين الكبار أيضاً، والتعرض لسلوك التنمر بسبب اللون أو عيب خِلقي في الجسم أو حتى شكل الشعر، ينتج عنه نشأة طفل ضعيف الشخصية، وبالتالي شخص ضعيف عندما يكبر؛ حيث يفقد الطفل أو الشخص الكبير ثقته بنفسه، ويُصبح كارهاً لشكله وذلك يؤدي لضعف شخصيته وصعوبة تواصله مع الآخرين.
3- قلة تقدير الذات:
هناك خيط رفيع جداً بين الغرور وتقدير الذات والثقة بالنفس؛ فالغرور هو تعظيم النفس أكثر من اللازم، أما الثقة بالنفس وتقديرها فتعني أن الشخص مُدرك لقدراته ويعرف اتجاهاته، ويعرف قيمة نفسه، وهذا ليس عيباً، ولكن عندما يشعر الشخص بأنه لا يُقدر نفسه ويلوم نفسه دائماً على تصرفاته، ينتج عن ذلك ضعف الشخصية؛ حيث يسهل السيطرة عليه وقيادته، اقرأي أيضاً: كيف تتعامل مع شخص يقلل من قيمتك ولا يقدرك.
4- الخوف الزائد:

5- الاحتياج العاطفي:
وأحياناً المادي، الاحتياج للعمل أو المال أو حتى الاحتياج العاطفي من شريك أو أصدقاء، قد يجعل الشخص يقبل أشياء لم يكن ليقبلها بدون الاحتياج، هو فقط يقبل سلوكاً سيئاً من الآخرين لأنه يحتاج إليهم.
6- المقارنة مع الآخرين:
هذا الأمر قد يحدث منذ الطفولة من خلال الوالدين، وقد يحدث من المُحيطين بالشخص أيضاً، المقارنة الدائمة مع الآخرين حتى في أبسط الأشياء، مع زملائه في العمل، أو زملائه في المدرسة، مع أقاربه، مع أصدقائه، دائماً ما يتعرض للمقارنة بالغير؛ حتى أنه أحياناً بعض الأشخاص هم من يفعلون ذلك مع أنفسهم، يُقارنون أنفسهم طوال الوقت بالآخرين، هذا الإحساس يقلل من ثقة الشخص بنفسه، وبالتالي يُضعف شخصيته وقدرته على اتخاذ قراراته.
7- التعرض للتوبيخ والاستهزاء دائماً:
كثيراً ما يتعرض التلاميذ في المدارس لهذا الأمر، سواء من المُعلمين أو من زملائهم، وأحياناً من الوالدين أيضاً، وكثيراً ما يحدث ذلك في عالم الكبار؛ حيث نجد شخصاً يوبخ زميله أو صديقه بشكل دائم، أو مدير يفعل ذلك مع الموظفين، كل ذلك يفقد الشخص تقديره لذاته ويُصيبه بضعف الشخصية.
8- التفكير السلبي:
ليس فقط التفكير بل ذكر أشياء سلبية عن نفسك باستمرار، أو تذكّر كل الحالات السلبية ولحظات الفشل طوال الوقت وتأنيب الذات دائماً، كل ذلك يؤدي لضعف الشخصية، يجعلك تشعرين وكأنك لم تقومي بشيء واحد صحيح طوال حياتك.
