ما أسباب التحليق المكثف لطائرات الاستطلاع في أجواء قطاع غزة؟
كتب المختص بالشأن الإسرائيلي، مهران ثابت، يقول: أمس، الجمعة، نقل موقع “واللا” العبري عن مصادر في شعبة عمليات الجيش الإسرائيلي، قولهم: إن “قائد الجيش الإسرائيلي أفيف كوخافي يعمل خلال هذا الشهر على وضع خطة لتوجيه ضربة قاسمة لمستودعات الصواريخ لحماس والجهاد في حال اندلعت حرب جديدة مع غزة.
وقبل أيام نشر الإعلام العبري تقريرًا فحواه أن الجيش الإسرائيلي يكثف الجهد الاستخباراتي حول ترسانة المقاومة في القطاع وأنه إذا لزم الأمر سيوجه ضربة استباقية لمنع تعاظم المقاومة.
ما سبق يثير عدة تساؤلات:
لماذا يتم نشر مثل هذه التقارير على الفضاء الإعلامي؟
أليس من المفترض أن تكون مثل هذه الخطط سرية ويتم إخراجها من الدرج فقط عند التنفيذ؟
أين الرقابة العسكرية من هذه التقارير؟
أين المنطق من تسريب نوايا الجيش الإسرائيلي؟
ماذا استفاد الجيش الإسرائيلي من مثل هذه التسريبات فيما يتعلق بجهده الاستخباري؟
أليس ذلك من شأنه أن يمنح المقاومة فرصة لترتيب أوراقها من جديد؟
ألا يعقل أن تقوم المقاومة بضربة استباقية لتفادي ذلك المخطط؟
قبل الإجابة على هذه التساؤلات، لا بد للقارئ أن يدرك جيدًا حقيقة أن الجيش الإسرائيلي يعمل ليل نهار دون كلل أو ملل من أجل بناء تصور دقيق عن المجهود الحربي للمقاومة في قطاع غزة ومعرفة إلى أي مستوى وصلت من التجهيز، ناهيك أنه يستخلص الدروس والعبر من معاركه السابقة فهو يستثمر إنجازاته ويبنى عليها ويحاول تدارك الاخفاقات ومعالجتها.
وبالعودة إلى الأسئلة المطروحة أعلاه فإنني لا أجد لها سوى إجابة واحدة منطقية:
الجيش الإسرائيلي ليس غبيًا لدرجة أن يكشف خططه ونواياه تجاه غزة على الإعلام، إلا في حالة واحدة وهي أن يكون هذا الكشف جزءًا من خطة ونوع من التضليل، كيف ذلك؟
أولاً: إذا تمعنا جيدًا فيما جاء في التقارير فسندرك أنه ليس سرًا وليس جديدًا، فهو يعلم أن المقاومة تعلم أنه لا يدخر جهدًا في أيام الروتين لمعرفة أماكن الصواريخ ومقدراتها، وبالتالي هذا النشر لا يضره بل ينفعه!
ثم أننا جميعاً لاحظنا في الأيام الأخيرة كيف أن المسيرات وطائرات الجمع جن جنونها وهي تجوب الأجواء مزمجرة، على مدار الساعة وعلى مسافات منخفضة.
وهذا التكثيف الجوي يعني أن الوحدات التابعة للجيش الإسرائيلي المسؤولة عن تشغيل طائرات الاستطلاع واقع عليها عبء كبير اضطراري، ولا أعتقد أن يكون كل ذلك من أجل تخويف القطاع وممارسة الحرب النفسية فحسب وإنما متعلق بأمور أخرى.
في رأيي، الجيش الإسرائيلي يحاول بنشره مثل هذه التقارير أن يعطي المقاومة انطباعًا مضللًا بأن هذا التكثيف الاستخباراتي الجوي ما هو إلا عمل روتيني له علاقة بمحاولة معرفة الصواريخ والمجهود الحربي للمقاومة ككل، في محاولة بائسة منه لصرف انتباها عن الهدف الحقيقي.
ولا أريد هنا أن أشطح بخيالي في تحديد الهدف الحقيقي، ولكني بشكل عام أميل إلى أنه مرتبط بعمل أمني طارئ على الأرض، وليس بعمل عسكري يتمثل بتوجيه ضربة مباغتة للمقاومة كما جاء في بعض التقارير.
ومهما كان الأمر، فعلى المقاومة بكل فصائلها أن تبقى متيقظة وجاهزة لكل السيناريوهات حتى المستبعدة منها، فالحرب الأمنية مع “إسرائيل” لا تتوقف أبدًا.
