غزة.. إيقاف 3 أشخاص أطلقوا النار خارج إطار القانون
أوقفت المباحث العامة بالشرطة في قطاع غزة، أمس الإثنين، ثلاثة أشخاص أطلقوا النار خارج إطار القانون، في حادثي شجار واعتداء منفصلين بغزة والوسطى.
وأوقفت المباحث كلاً من (س، خ) 21 عاماً، و(ع، خ) 39 عاماً، بعد استخدامهما سلاحاً نارياً خلال شجار عائلي في حي الزيتون بمدينة غزة، وضبطت السلاح المستخدم وهو عبارة عن قطعتين من نوع “كلاشنكوف”.
وفي النصيرات، أوقفت المباحث المدعو (إ. غ) 19 عاماً، بعد اعتدائه على أحد المواطنين وإطلاقه النار في الهواء من سلاح من نوع “عوزة” تمت مصادرته.
وأوضحت المباحث العامة أنه تم إحالة الأشخاص الموقوفين، ومصادرة السلاح المستخدم في الحادثيْن، وإحالة القضيتين إلى مفتش تحقيق الشرطة لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية فيهما.
