وزارة الداخلية بعض القرارات المتخذة مؤخراً هي من أجل أن نتجنب الإغلاق الشامل
*المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية إياد البزم في حديث لقناة الأقصى مساء اليوم الأحد:*
🔸 قرار إغلاق المحال والمرافق والمنشآت بدءاً من الساعة الخامسة مساء، يأتي في إطار تخفيف الحركة والازدحام في تلك المنشآت، والتي تساهم في نقل العدوى بين المواطنين.
🔹 القرارات المتخذة مؤخراً هي من أجل أن نتجنب الإغلاق الشامل الذي يُكبد شعبنا خسائر كبيرة، وهو يبقى أحد الخيارات لمواجهة الفيروس، لكن حتى اللحظة لا قرار بذلك.
🔸 هناك عدة اعتبارات تؤخذ بالحسبان عند اتخاذ القرارات بخصوص مواجهة الفيروس، وهي: عدد الإصابات المُسجلة، وطبيعتها، وقدرة المؤسسة الصحية على التعامل مع الإصابات والحالات.
🔹 نحاول الموازنة ما بين استمرار الحياة العامة في كافة القطاعات وأبرزها التعليم والاقتصاد، وما بين الإجراءات المفروضة، خاصة أنه لا يوجد أي علاج طبي للفيروس حتى الآن.
🔸 الإشكالية القائمة حالياً تتمثل في عدم التزام المواطن بشكل شخصي بإجراءات الوقاية، وبارتداء الكمامة.
🔹 نريد أن تستمر الحياة ويزاول الناس أعمالهم، ولكن في ذات الوقت يجب أن يتعايش المواطنون مع الإجراءات الوقائية لمواجهة الفيروس.
🔸 الشرطة والمباحث العامة تقوم بجولات مستمرة وتبذل جهداً كبيراً ميدانياً في متابعة الالتزام بالإجراءات الوقائية.
🔹 العقوبات المفروضة على المخالفين تتمثل تدريجياً في: التعهد بعدم تكرار المخالفة، ثم في حال التكرار يتم التوقيف 48 ساعة، وفي حال استمرار التكرار يتم التوقيف مدة 15 يوماً والإحالة إلى المحكمة.
🔸 بيوت العزاء والأفراح هي الأعلى في أسباب تسجيل الإصابات، ولا زالت هناك عائلات لا تلتزم بالإجراءات المفروضة، لذلك ندعو المواطنين لاقتصار إقامة الأفراح والعزاء على أضيق دائرة.
🔹 تم تشديد الإجراءات على البيوت الخاضعة للحجر المنزلي، وهناك لجنة مُشكلة في وزارة الداخلية لمتابعة ذلك، وتقوم حالياً بتأمين 1450 منزلاً، ويتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحق من يخرقوا الحجر المنزلي.
🔸 دخول فصل الشتاء يزيد المسؤولية علينا جميعاً وهو بيئة خصبة لانتشار الفيروسات، وقد يضعنا أمام واقع صعب، لذلك على المواطن تقدير حساسية الظروف التي نعيشها، ولا بد أن نساهم جميعاً في الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والوقاية.
