ضابط إسرائيلي كبير: غزة هي التحدي الأكبر بظل كورونا.. وعلينا الاستعداد لتبعات ’صفقة القرن’!
اعتبر قائد شعبة العمليات في الجيش الإسرائيلي، أهارون حاليفا، أن الوضع في قطاع غزة هو التحدي الأكبر بالنسبة لإسرائيل، في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا. وقال في مقابلة لموقع “واللا” الإلكتروني، نُشرت اليوم الأربعاء، إنه “لو كانت هناك طائرة مسيرة فوق تل هشومير (مستشفى “شيبا” قرب تل أبيب)، وسألوني إلى أين ينبغي إرسالها، سأقول لهم إلى غزة، فهي ليست مستقرة. فالأمور معروفة على الأقل في لبنان”.
رغم ذلك، أضاف حاليفا أنه “لا أشخّص حاليا انتشار لكورونا في غزة، لكني لا أعرف ما سيحدث في السنة القريبة. وانعدام اليقين تجاه كورونا سيؤثر على جبهة الحرب كلها. وإذا كانت هناك موجة ثانية بعد شهرين أو ثلاثة، وإذا حدث انتشار في غزة غدا، ولا يكون هناك 100 شخص يخضعون لتنفس في إسرائيل كما هو الوضع الآن وإنما ألف، فإنه لن يكون هناك ثلاثة مرضى في غزة وإنما 30 الفا. ولا يمكنك معرفة اتجاه الأمور”. وتوقع أن دولة قطر ستواصل دعمها لقطاع غزة، رغم انخفاض سعر برميل النفط.
وحول الوضع في الضفة الغربية، قال حاليفا إنه “قبل أزمة كورونا، نحن موجودون في فترة صراع على خلافة داخلية في السلطة الفلسطينية. ونحن موجودون في سنوات صراع بين السلطة الفلسطينية وحماس، بين فتح وحماس، انفصال آخذ بالتعمق بين الضفة وغزة. وتعين على الجيش الإسرائيلي الاستعداد لتبعات ’صفقة القرن’، وتطبيقها ومواجهتها. أضف إلى ذلك الآن كورونا والمال والموارد”.
وتابع أن “أبو مازن (رئيس السلطة الفلسطينية محمود عباس) لم يعد شابا. وقد تصل ’صفقة القرن’ إلى نقطة نضوج من حيث قرارات بشأن الضم، أو أي شيء آخر. ولكل شيء يوجد احتمالات لتحركه يمينا أو يسارا. والحكمة الأكبر باستعداداتي كرئيس لشعبة العمليات هي بالتساؤل حول أي سيناريو يتعين علي أن أستعد”.
وفيما يتعلق بالوضع في سورية، قال حليفا “أعتقد أن بشار الأسد يدرك، أو أنه بدأ يدرك، أنه عندما كان الإيرانيون هناك من أجل مساعدته في الحرب ضد داعش وأنقذوه، فإنه اليوم يشكلون خطرا على استمرار حكمه. وهم يشكلون خطرا كبيرا على إمكانية إعادة إعمار سورية”.
وحول ما إذا كانت سورية تتغير في ظل كورونا، قال حاليفا إن “سورية هي مأساة كبرى، لأنني أعتقد أن الكورونا أبعد بشكل مباشر إعادة إعمار الدولة. فمن أجل إعادة الإعمار ثمة حاجة إلى أن تستثمر دول العالم المال في سورية، والمال ضاع”.
وحسب حاليفا، فإنه لا يوجد تغيير في المواجهة بين حزب الله وإسرائيل، وقال إن “نصر الله يعلم جيدا الثمن الذي سيدفعه حزب الله ولبنان بسبب أي تصعيد. وأعتقد أن لبنان ستحاول مثل أي دولة أخرى الخروج من كورونا، وهم أيضا يتحدثون عن إستراتيجية خروج. ودعنا نحاول الخروج إلى الحياة الاعتيادية وعندها ستعود أمور أخرى إلى الطاولة. ولم يختفِ نقل الأسلحة من سورية إلى لبنان والتموضع الإيراني، لكنني أقول بكل مسؤولية إن نصر الله يدرك أن الصواريخ الدقيقة هي خط لن تسمح إسرائيل له بتجاوزه. وهم يعلمون أن دولة إسرائيل مصرة على مواجهة التموضع الإيراني في سورية. وهو يعلم أن الأسد يدرك أن قسما من الشركاء تحول إلى عبء أكثر من ذخر”.
وأضاف حاليفا أن “نصر الله ليس غبيا. وهو يعرف طبيعة معلوماتنا الاستخبارية، ومدة قوة شعبة الاستخبارات العسكرية الإسرائيلية، ويعلم ما هي قدرات سلاح الجوة وقوة نيرانه. وعندما يسمعون عن هجمات غامضة في أماكن متنوعة على وجه الأرض وبمستوى دقة عال، فإنه يعلم أنه بالإمكان نسخ ذلك في الحرب بصورة مؤلمة للغاية. وهذا ليس أمرا يريده مواطنو لبنان”.
وقال إن قدرة إيران على البقاء في سورية “انخفضت. ونحن نرى خروج الإيرانيين من سورية بالأرقام اليوم. وأعتقد أننا سنرى في أحد الأيام كيف أن ’المعركة بين حربين’ في السنوات الأخيرة ستسجل كنقطة نجاح للسياسة الإسرائيلية… وسنستمر في المتابعة عن كثب لكل ما يحدث في العالم النووي الإيراني ووضع كافة الأدوات على الطاولة من أجل منع حصول إيران على قنبلة نووية”.
